I gave it a drop of nutri-drench and it came out of its nose....idk what else to do.

hopefully it will absorb some though its mouth lining....it doesn't take much at that age.. sometimes I dip a q tip in the nutridrench and roll it in there mouth to get some in them..... not much you can do
prayers that it perks up.
