5 month old silkie chick

I have a 5 month old silkie chick who was born with a severe scissor beak and one eye but is it one hundred percent blind. Within the last month he has also started to have seizures. I was wondering what anybody thinks could possibly be causing the seizures. The only thing I can think of is that his head is kind of small and maybe there's not room for growth.

Do you have any photos you wish to share?

Is she able to eat/drink ok and is she growing?
It sounds like she hatched with deformities which may be affecting her as she's getting older.
