Of all math, I do not like story problems. Not even the one about the distance, time and traveling speeds of two or three different trains at different places!
for the life of me, I struggled thru them and said to heck with story problems! My Dad, who was an accountant major, was a whiz at it and still remembers most of the math. He is 67 years old and retired from Xerox Corporation after 38 ? years. My sis who also have an accountant degree, she is also a whiz but she really struggled in advanced math short of calculus.
