5 week olds with tapeworm?

Hello I had some 3 year olds who had tapeworm treated twice with valbezene and once with something from the vet, I have not seen any segments since their last dose two weeks ago but now I am seeing segments in the 5 week olds as well. They are so small I am worried about overdosing them. Any suggestions? Little white segment bottom left of photo could it be something besides tapeworm?

I'm sorry to say it's a tapeworm segment, looks like another one in the top right of your photo as well. Your 5 week olds must be eating tapeworm egg infected insects, that's the only way they can be infected and/or your 3 year olds might be reinfected also from eating infected insects.
Purchase zimectrin gold equine paste wormer at your feed store. Give your 3 year olds a regular pea sized amount of the paste orally, redose again in 10 days. Give your 5 week olds a small pea size amount of the paste orally, redose again in 10 days.
