6 week old polish.. pullet or cockerel?

I’ve read that cockerels start off smaller then pullets, is this true for polish? This one is still smaller then all my others and is the most timid.

No I read the hens will be smaller sfter a few weeks tge roos start kf small at first then grow.

Appears to be a pullet that needs a new hairdresser, lol. Not a neat, round 'do yet, but not the crazy rocker 'do of a cockerel.

It was the head feathers on this one that’s been throwing me off lol. My other polish look more tidy.
