I gave up on my goofy new broody. She wants to peck me and protect her eggs but won't keep her butt on the nest at night. I took her eggs and the them in the bator. If she's still sorta sitting and acting broody if any hatch, I'll try to give them to her then. I don't have time to put her butt on the nest every night and check her 30 times a day to make sure she's doing it right lol

I do see a slight green tint as well, my guess is its just the lighting or camera that caused it.

I agree, I know my camera would do that. They do look like they have a hint of green in them anyway.

I can't even say that, lol... what veggie seeds have you hoarded this year? Will do a swap with you in Spring if you want...

I am still picking peppers, thats all I save seeds for. I'll share seeds for my hot peppers with anyone that wants them.

But on this, I have to agree with you... carton looks white and eggs look green...

Now for the kicker- the egg carton was pink!!

Here they are in the bator. Just below the Marans eggs... Definitely brown but 2 are an odd color brown. Supposed to be 4 Cochin eggs... Even says so on the npip paper

Hopefully they will hatch and we'll find out what's in them!

I saw the pink carton. It must just be the camera giving the slight green hue.
