Should I leave him in there until another one hatches?

I move mine depending on the action in the incubator and how active they are. If I get a break between pips and I have a pair, I'll move them. Sometimes it good to have one in there because it encourages the other eggs to hatch. Sometimes one can be very rambunctious and keep slamming eggs around and then I'll move them. It really depends on each hatch and how things are progressing. You have to do what your comfortable with and what's best for the hatch!

11 out of 12 hatched last egg isnt even pipped but gonna give it time.

Currently at 4 - 2 more unzipping now, several more pips. The only New Years Eve chick is a bit aggressive...pecking at each of the newbies as they come along :-(
