8 day old duck sore skin

Hi my 8 day old duckling has red sore itchy skin its on his head back and a little on the wings, hes a happy guy but it looks so red maimly when he is wet any advice would be really appreciated

Do you have pictures? Wonder if it's the water, or maybe it's nothing. What breed is the little guy? Is he the only duck or duckling?
