8 month old barred rock not laying

Hi all -

I have 4 hens currently. 3 of the 4 are laying and have been laying for about 5 months now. For some reason, my barred rock (hatched in February) has still not laid eggs and is not showing signs (no squatting). Her comb is a beautiful red, and she’s on the same feed as the rest of them. Is this normal? I thought they usually lay around 5-6 months old. Do I need to do anything or get her checked? I live in Fort Worth, Texas.

Are you certain it's a pullet? She could be verrrry slow to mature, or a dud.

I have seen her sitting in the nesting boxes before, but not regularly. I haven’t seen her sit on the others eggs. Here are a few pictures!

nothing seems to be wrong some birds just take longer that 5-6 months is the average age for starting but it still varies from bird to bird. like my cochins didnt start laying until 8 months.
