8 weeks... what be the genders?

Well, just got pictures! Here’s a few of them, not sure what to think. (10 weeks)

A little bit of cockerely behavior? Has a tall-ish stance at points, but not always.
Also, Sam stepped on the back of another chicken that was laying down, but I don’t think it was really anything. (Though I included a picture)

I might start another thread, but thought I’d update here too.

Hi! I also have a question about my chicken, Millie. "She" is an easter egger and is 13 weeks old.. I cant figure out if she is a she. I've read so many things that scream rooster but many things that seem like hen.. Her behavior is very hen like.. But I'm not sure. Could someone please help? I will send pictures in just a second

She is extremely sweet and acts like a hen.. But that tail... And I've heard her i THINK try to crow once?? But I'm not sure if it was crowing or just making noise.. I would really appreciate any answers you could help me with! Thank you in advance!
