9 out 4 to go

I was having trouble keeping the humidity up so this morning the shower got turned on and the bator got moved into the bathroom. Humidity is fine now, so I think I will from now on once I go into lockdown put them in there and rust run the shower when humidity gets low. Anyway....
1 is out...1 is nearly out 2 have zipped right along and it wont be long untill they are out, im still waiting for 3 pips, cant see the others for condensation in the bator.
1st one out is white..I have my fingers crossed I get a coloured 1 this time that will hatch out, but as long as they are healthy and moving then everything is ok.

so exciting!!! waiting for pictures too

C'mon babies, hatch already.
I believe we're supposed to remind you to keep ALL of the ducklings, right? Isn't that what you said in your first post?

NOOO NOOOO, I htink I said remind me NOT to keep any. I just had the shower running and opened up to remone the empty eggs, I had to really no room for the other eggs to hatch...IT WAS FULL!!!. Checked the eggs, 2 of them have pipped on the other end of the shell....is that a problem, will they drown in there without pipping the air sac. Do I need to do anything.

Any coloured ones hatched yet??

Ok so here is whats all done. I got 5 out yesterday and got them in the brooder.
Because 2 pipped at the other end and I did ask a question that if I leave them will they drown in gunk and noone answered, I went ahead and took the 5 out and helped the 2 who pipped wrong get the shell off and open the thick membrane before they died.
So...thjis morning I have 5 dry in the brooder, 4 wet in the bator, and 4 have pipped from the cold corner but are still in the egg.
All of them are white, some of them have realy dark shading round the face like the other 2 did, but even darker, but im sure now they will just be white. Some have darker shading than what my fawn & whites had when they were born.
Let me go take a photo before Ducky falls down with withdrawl symptoms..2 mins
