She's such a tiny little thing. It's possible infection is overwhelming her. Her chances at this point are not very good. You've done all you can do with the meds you've give her. There isn't anything more to be done on that front. But maybe she can be revived with warm sugar water every half hour to raise her glucose level and get some fluids into her. She's in a crisis, but don't give up just yet.

Warm one cup of water to just below 100F mix a teaspoon of sugar into it. Starting now, give her .5ml of the sugar water every half hour until you go to bed.
 
Good. That may mean her machinery is still up and running. She's definitely on the brink. But she still has a chance if her liver is functioning and is metabolizing the meds. The sugar water can help pull her back from the brink, so stick with it as long as you're able, but come midnight, if you're still awake, let her rest for the rest of the night, and you need to get rest, too.

Doing as you say. Im just trying to prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Cause Im not feeling too good about this and state she’s in right now. My other two looked just like this couple weeks ago when passed.
