93 Fahrenheit (34 celsius) all right for chicks to hatch?

I bought an incubator ( small, easy one), but the temperature is always not high enough by a few degrees! I tried wrapping the incubator with blankets, and it went a bit higher...but still. I wonder if 34 c is enough, or harmless.

It needs to be 100 degrees.. Much off from that in either direction can cause issues

You should aim for at least 99*F or 37.5*C.

Can you not turn up the heat on it?

no! i actually turned the heat onto 40 degrees, but the thermometers ( i've got two!) is constantly changing, either 32 or 34.

Then it isn't working properly and not holding the temperature well enough to work

just had the same issue almost, try installing a fan, it will stabilize the temp. for certain time, i did that my self and got a positive feedback ( did that from 2 days ago )

alright. it's now the 23rd day and nothing hatched. I tried making it higher but the temp. stayed the same. that lousy cheap incubator's already got a lousy cheap fan there...i don't know what else i can do. i think nothing would happen.
