Yep. :wee. And it is soft and fluffy. Not good snowman snow.... das dumb! Lol!

how old are the turkeys? my tom and the heaviest jake can't fly
hatched april (?) so 9months-ish

You do realize that a turkey with a clipped wing can still easily jump up 5 to 6 feet. Turkeys can be taught to keep off of things but you have to be persistent about it. It also helps to provide them with a more attractive place to spend their time.

Of course he could put a heavy tarp over the boat after he shrink wraps it.
they have a big tractor, a small chicken(quail coop), a snowblower etc etc

i want to say the ridgepole on the boat is like 10' up, he had to get out the big step ladder to patch it

Tell him to move the boat!
i tried that

Turkeys are relentless! I doubt that would help much.
:/

what about pigeon spikes?

think they'd work?

It's 8 here...8! I'm not even believing this. We got around 3" of snow yesterday. Schools are still closed. We got our first round of ice/sleet/snow last Friday. And here six days later it's still here. I've NEVER seen crunchy snow stick around this long. I'm freaked out!
There was one year we had snow cover from October to March, I think that was 2011, crazy winter. I love playing with the snow when it gets right at 30° and soft and sticky, you should be able to build a great snow fort. Test your design abilities.

Snow fort....I feel like I'm living in one now. However, it will be above freezing & sunny today and in the upper 50's by this weekend.
I know my chickens & turkeys will be happy with that!

I am of the Spikes and Turkeys do not mix....UNLESS it is my fence sitting soon to be "late" Tom.

He is lucky my Grandkids have not been here lately. If they are coming he is going in the oven. He tried to get me yesterday. I have never had a TOM that does not give up on sneak attacking me before. Normally, I can train them to stay away from me. This guy does not learn.

PETA is going to be all over me unless I just eat him. I have tried all the "normal" methods on him now I need the more extreme ones. Suggestions welcome....

Or I could just invite you all over for dinner and we can sit around and smell him roasting.
