Here grown birds a year or older go for $50-$100 a piece usually. I know crazy difference but i have noticed the more pricey birds do look pretty amazing and well taken care of.... which i am pretty sure yours are. So dont sell yourself short.

Adult hens here are 60 to 90.
Sweetgrass and palms have brought the most.

Around here, you're lucky to get $25-$30 for an adult tom turkey and $20 for a hen :/

I think young hens are 40-60 here.

So about most of the poults y'all sell....are they usually for dinner guests, pets, lawn ornaments?? Just curious. And how long into the season do you hatch? I'm assuming folks that want to raise them for holiday guests want them as early as possible. And do you raise some to adulthood for sale at the holidays? A friend raises about 30-40 heritage & BB for the holidays. Takes orders, then sends them to a processor & her clients come & pick them up a few days before Thanksgiving. She sells out each year.

The prices some of you get for birds would make it worth the trip to take a load and sell them around you...
