Just wanted to update that hes still doing good! A hole the size of a nickel and at least 15 nasties in him and he survived. Completely scabbed up. I gave him a little silkie companion under a watchful eye. Can't believe it. Thanks for the support! Can't sell him now lol.

In one of the other threads I follow, one of the posters caught a group of 3 wild turkeys doing the snood pulling game, but they were actually playing ring around the tree. I explained it and most found it R rated....

Three of my four hens all in ONE nest box. Finally got proof, haha.

Don’t mind the feathers everywhere underneath... think my other hen and Tom are starting to molt.

LOL! Great shot PolorBerry! Is there actually eggs under that Bunch-O-Broodys? Aurora had the same issue & gave them a few chicks to mother. Seemed like they were doing well last I heard. Are you leaving the Broody Bunch in place...or breaking up the party?

I need to get some new pictures of the broody bunch, and Phil and Lil. I took the babies to the swap on Saturday but both came back home so the moms are still doing their job. It's so funny to see these little poults, totally accepted by the big birds, just wearing under everyone's feet lol. All 3 moms are still vigilant but the babies pretty much do what they want. I have the broad breasted poults and royal palm moved out to the coop too but they're still in a separation cage. The moms did not take kindly to them being around. The BB is growing fast! We named him Chunk... Like off the Goonies lol

Flock looks great Aurora! Your girls are so fashion forward with those saddles! Phil & Lil are amazing!

I brooded those two Sussex last summer & my two girls immediately took over moma duties. They were both so good with their babies. Those Sussex wore them out...poor girls! It was really sweet .....
