A century of Turkey talk 2000-2100.

Ha the Arctic blast missed us where I am in central Montana! I know it has been unseasonably warm and dry here. It's only gotten below zero for a couple days at a time. It's been downright tropical for Montana winter!
It's been the same way here. The temperature threatens to get cold and then the wind shifts to coming from the west and it warms back up. It got down to 8°F at 2 AM last night and is already up to 30°F this morning.

It's -4 out there now, truly cold that hurts. Maybe not for Ralph since he's used to this cold stuff but I am not. The flock is doing good though. Even there Seramas have found a way to keep warm. Can you find all 3 Seramas?

And tag team broody Cynthia and Ana, keeping warm

The coldest weather was -2℉ for me this year and winter is still here. After 2 weeks of heat wave the third comes in a row, wondering what`s next? Some polar cold blast that eventually will damage my orchard. Less fruits for my pretty girls.

Those up and down temps hurts my plants more than steady cold.
-23f with 73% humidity , wind chill of 34f this morning and 50f next Sunday. Supposed to be highs in the 30s during the week and then down to the negatives.:barnie
Hard on the chickens too. Turkeys don't seem to care.

Although it seems like r2elk has this all the time... without the humidity though

The mountain west has given it's weather to you. Enjoy! Thanks for the swap!

The weather gone crazy everywhere on the planet with the climate change. Here is unusual hot for this time of the year, we have 60℉ on day time. My birds are so happy, but after this heat wave i expect some really cold weather so it`s time to do a little spring cleaning in the barns.
The weather has not gone crazy because of climate change. It has always had extreme spikes one way or another.

It gets warmer, it gets colder, it is the natural way of things. Ask your neighborhood Dinosaur what she thinks of climate change? Personally, I am hoping to do away with climate change and try to increase global warming. I want to plant palm trees around the lake here.
