I wore the cheaters when I candled before setting and found they had cracks too... amazing invention cheaters are..

I have the cheaters in strategic spots around the house.... do you think I remember to put then on..... no I keep squinting and putting things under a light before I think of picking them up.

That IS a blessing. I’m pretty sure our aspens & birch trees haven’t even started to dream of spring with the weather we’ve been having, so, yay! It’s only a few days to mud season. May it be mild and not last too long.

it's thawed just enough with the rain that the top inch or so is mud. The E poultry netting was falling down this morning and when I moved it the ground is still froze after that inch or so. The ground by the black netting thaws faster

Ralph-I'm sorry about your cracked eggs that really stinks. I can't say I'm too surprised about the turkey eggs..... Who can resist bug eyed babies!

According to my optometrist, I should never need cheaters. Unfortunately, I'm practically blind anyway. I really can't read anything (unless it's huge) beyond a for or two in front of my face without my glasses or contacts lol. At least I can see up close!

From age 10 to 45 I needed glasses to see my feet. The DR told me that there would be a time that I didn't need glasses at all... and then I would need them to see up close... she was right... after wearing glass all those years i would think it would be easier to retrain to wear them again.... not
