There sure is a big difference in your penciled. I think we need more penciled pictures! Just so we can see the differences better! LOL!

they are growing their frame, they will start filling out .. at 6 months is when I start filling the freezerSpeaking of penciled....Iris is skinny. Poppy is rather slim too. Should I be worried? The only example I have to compare them too is Daisy...who suffers from middle age spread.
Yep Jurassic Park raptors. ... Today they killed and dismembered and played keep away with aI swear my (almost) 4mo poults so remind me of some scene from Jurassic Park. When I walk along beside the e-netting, they (and the chickens, ducks & geese) all run along beside me. The turkeys are so prehistoric looking, the way they run. All the turkeys stick together, so it’s this mass of jakes & jennies out front, leaning into their stride as they run. Then the chickens, then the geese, then last of all, the poor little awkward ducks.
They’re just hilarious.![]()
Could be a dominant displayEarly this morning I let the poults out in the back. I was in their pen pooper scooping. Daisy was sitting on a bench laughing at me. Looked out to check on the poults and Poppy was DISPLAYING!! After I regained consciousness, I walked out there to see what the heck. Poppy was displaying & walking, with dropped wings, toward skinny Iris...who was rather oblivious. I've seen my older hens displaying when they have their annual hormonal bouts, or corneringa cat.. So what was deal with Poppy?????
