Careful, Ralphie, you're showing a culinary leaning toward the *duck* side!But filet of Parakeet with a little cream sauce is so good. I know most people prefer an orange sauce or Peking Parakeet, but I prefer the more common ways of preparing it..
after all I would never serve a neighbors turkey prepared in an orange sauce... yucky
