Got to admit, though, I'm iffy about shipping birds these days. When I last ordered from Strombergs about five years ago, they shipped my chicks on Wednesday, got them into Boise by Friday, and then the postal service called to inform me that they would keep them down there until Monday. We had to jump through several hoops to get them, and if it weren't for the help of some local postal clerks I'd have gotten a box full of dead birds.
Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the holidays! My turkeys aren't getting anything for Christmas except food in their tray and a roof over their heads...
