I think my SLW rooster Kevin graduated from his school, as he does not approve of me wearing flip flops on his property.

    Not approving of Flip Flops???????

That is even a bigger Belly button than Penguin. Who does not like flip flops? What color socks do you wear with them for winter?

They were black socks. I don't think he got the reaction out of me that he wanted as he seemed kinda surprised by the kick that his actions produced.

Chaos....Kevin may be a member of the fashion police.

Ralph...you blew it! You could have easily dropped off a belly button here in Memphis & swung by Feedman ' s to restock! You could have borrowed Holm's turkey harness. Vacationing with a turkey could have been an adventure of a lifetime! !

Feedman...whaaat? You mean a hen can get bred once & produce fertile eggs for a season? So even if exposed to another tom, her poults would be the product of the first male who bred her?

Hen could produce different poults if bred ti more than one tom. But if you only had one tom and something happened to him.

That mating should be good for the season.

Kevin may just be just desperately seeking fashionable boots!

Feedman just blew my mind! Had no idea about the viability of tom semen! Maybe I just borrow a tom for a week!

If only it were that easy lol. The bus stop is about a half mile away, up a steep hill, surrounded by woods in which reside bears, fishers, mink, coyotes, and hunters. My kids are 8 and 10 years old and the bus comes at 7:10 when it's still dark out. So, as much as I'd love to tell them to walk while I go back to bed, that won't be happening lol

You have to remember that when Ralphie was still in grade school he had to walk ten miles to school in his barefeet, up hill both ways through 16 ft of snow.
