Molpet....I caught Daisy playing in rush hour traffic. Not an easy task! Never could find her owner. After a week we bonded so I bought her a roommate, Annie. She was free ranging in a field. Both were adults. They've been here 4 years. Both turned into sweeties. Yeah, they are a bit entitled, but sweet none the less!

Both of those girls hit the jackpot when it comes to a forever home :)

I've been lurking here reading the stories of Daisy and Annie, I have fallen in love with them :love

Thanks Aurora! Annie was not used to human contact. Daisy...she isn't talking. But she was covered in dried mud & poop. I put her in a covered dog run with food, water & installed my lawn chair. We spent quite a bit of time just staring at each other. She finally took BOSS from hand. And slowly started to let me touch her. Guess we just built up trust. My chickens were not happy!
