A century of Turkey talk 2000-2100.

Great trip
I also would be so sore for the next couple of days
I'm a little out of shape for it, admittedly, but since I instinctively gripped that horse with thighs like glue during the decent and acent, my muscles there are a little over used, but I'm fine otherwise.
I get a little paranoid on the rock skids and ledges. The boy I rode is gaited, half Tennessee walker, the other half? A quarter fox trotter, an eighth Shetland pony ( grandpa had coal mine that used ponies to move the carts in the mine) and an eighth ranch saddle horse, maybe some sort of quarter horse.... Jazz is a fun guy and really steps out, but he's still got a pinch of pony attitude in him. LOL

I happen to have a picture of the horse you were riding.. this is after the ride..

Note the tube coming out of the horses chest..

This was installed in the horse so it could be hooked up to an air compressor to overcome the flail chest caused by her knees pushing the poor horses chest inward.

The good thing of this was it proved adrenaline can cause super human strength even in small women like Bantambird,,

Hopefully the horse will recover, but it may never let her on it’s back again..

The heat & humidity will be creeping back in this weekend. It's been a wonderful break! Guess all good things must come to an end. Was emailing some of my family in Germany. Boy they are having a terribly hot summer. Record breaking. Most don't have air conditioning in their homes or those expensive cars!

I have family in Germany too! My uncle and his family are living there (I believe in Berlin) for a few years before they are reassigned somewhere else.

Why arent my poults roosting? They sleep on their blankie at nighr....

They will eventually, especially if Daisy roosts. Then again, why sleep on a slab of wood when you have a cozy blankie?
