A century of Turkey talk 2000-2100.

I can almost taste them R2elk!! Do you have the plants in your house, or a greenhouse? Are you supplementing lighting?

I got nothing! No iridescent feathers on Skinny Iris' skinny butt. And she did not appreciate me riffling through every feather she owns. Boy was she verklempt! And I think the other hens were laughing at her!

I also grabbed up Marigold...ugg. Looked at her feathers too. Fred....these girls are a couple of tanks!! Takes two arms to hold each one.
Lol!! Some of them get huge!!

I struggled to carry the rotten Tom yesterday. He is heavy enough to fit nicely into a roaster...

I watched him as he ran around in circles and saw all kinds of glowing colors.. I might have to carry some hens outside and see if they have it..

of course, that would mean finding a way to get them out of the rafters. The lazy girls seldom ever walk on the ground. They just rafter. Crawl or fly from rafter to rafter.

At least I will never have to worry about them bleaching out in the sun.

I am not even going to open the doors and look at them today.

It’s a very damp cold outside, I filled their water and feeders yesterday.

If I open the door I just let cold damp air inside the building, and I know none of them would step outside today. They have lights to play cards by.

what more do they need?

Good plan Ralphie. They sound cozy in the barn. Plus there are probably all kinds of cool stuff for them to play with!

that’s the worrisome part.. what will be where when I look tomorrow.

I can’t even understand how they get into or move some of the things they do. Or why!

In the living room in front of the south facing walk out bay window with an 8' fluorescent light fixture with two supposedly LED 6500K daylight bulbs.
