Squirrels are made for window shooting, not turkeys.

I got one through the door two days ago after having wiped them out last winter. Some ?%#*?^%# idiot keeps bringing them out from town and turning them loose out here.

We survived. Even survived the coonhound howling along with the tornado sirens! Girls are all fine. Lots of power out, but ok here!

Okay, I can't resist... CCI Mini caps in a .22 rifle make less noise than the hammer dropping. Not that I would know from experience or anything, but you can shoot a rabbit off a door step at 2 am and no one is the wiser, just make sure the rabbit's head isn't in front of something solid like a fence post. That makes a LOT of noise.

Air rifle

Check local regulations first. Air rifles do not fall under the same regulations as fire arms. As such, they are subject to state and local laws which may be more restrictive including complete bans on owning them.

Due to many incidents of vehicle windows being shot out, our local laws prohibit shooting air rifles in town.

I personally know what .22 CB shots sound like.

The main thing is to only shoot once. It is the second shot that allows the location to be narrowed.
