Happy Easter! Currently storming like crazy. It's a loud one! Getting a break for a few hours, but suposed to be bad again around noon.

Bantambird....what are you feeding that boy? He's getting huge! Love his brindle coloring.

He gets science diet large breed puppy formula. He's just reached 9 months old, so he's still growing! His at Bernard mommy imparted a nice thick undercoat and cute wispy butt feathering and a thick, rather fluffy tail. He got his mastiff daddy's coloration and coat texture and even the classic mastiff mask. He's very handsome and sweet. He just doesn't realize that he is a big dog yet.

Sorry that I haven't been in here more often, but life has been... pretty crazy. Hope everyone is in good health.

Best Easter surprise I got today was a broody turkey hen! Set up a nesting box in the coop about ten days ago and she's happily set up camp (with nine eggs). Keeping my fingers crossed that all goes well. Last year's hatching attempts resulted in two batches of rotten eggs and no poults.
