Until you get the necropsy results, keep the chickens penned up. I suggest phoning the lab and mentioning the toxic plants so they can test for that.

Usually, chickens show no interest in toxic plants, of which there are many. But do look for signs of chickens munching them as @Saveria suggested.
Sometimes it does happen.
I constantly rip at the edges of them, they can grow out of control and become annoying so I really don't know if the rips and tears would be from me or them! Can they be poisoned by hanging out in them?Usually, chickens show no interest in toxic plants, of which there are many. But do look for signs of chickens munching them as @Saveria suggested.

Breathing normal, yes.Nah, I'm pretty sure they would have to be eating them to get sick. That purple comb is odd. They are breathing totally normal, right?
Keel is like the breast bone ... chest area below the cropIs the keel just above the crop or below? That's the one thing I'm not sure how it should feel?

They definitely haven't dug up bulbs but it's very possible they've munched on the green leaves/stems.Chickens must consume the plant parts. Are there any signs the chickens have dug up any bulbs?
I have those and many more plants that are registered as poisonous, but I’m quite sure I had no dead chickens because of it. Most (I can’t speak for all) chickens know they shouldn’t eat them. And poisonous plants are not dangerous as long as they are not starving / not chopped and fed to chickens.I just read that iris and daffodils are poisonous to chickens and I have loads of them! Could this be what's happening? Should I remove all?
