I can sooo feel what you feel right now...we closed on our first house this past August. Let me just tell you....the same money...didn't go a fraction as far here in MA!

I dream of having that much land!

Beth, I know you are SOOOOO excited. I would be too, and I love that house. You can't beat an older home, ours was built in the 1880's!!! You better get ready bto be stretching a LOT of fence. Me and hubby did ours by ourself and Lord it was hard work. But the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.

I just saw this thread and wanted to say, way to go, good job.

We all can feel your excitment, it is a wonderful thing to watch young folks in love starting their lives full of dreams and hopes. We are all very proud of you two, the best of luck to you.

Now the work begins, the best hugs & kisses me and my wife shared when we started out were covered in smiles and sweat.

Kristen - Oh, I know the work that is ahead of us with the fence! I've built a lot of fence growing up! It is exciting to be building it for our benefit, though!!

I don't know if I'm going to be able to sleep tonight! I feel like a little kid! lol.
