Mine was neutral. Not surprising as I was born in Virginia, lived in Alaska until middle school, then Virginia and Wisconsin for a couple years each before landing in California for the last 20 years.
Western Western is kind of neutral, but not quite since it`s still possible to tell where you`re from. So you might not actually be from the West (but you probably are). If you really want to sound "neutral," learn how to say "stock" and "stalk" differently.

I'm not surprised that I have a neutral accent. My mom was born in Western Canada and My Dad was born in California and I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. I noticed that I sometimes will say words more than one way. I have lived in several areas around the Midwestern part of the Great Lakes and I have found that there is a notable difference in accent between rural and urban and suburban people sometimes.
