I can't cook. I mean ... I can only cook well enough 'not-to-die' So on rare occasion that I DO cook something AND enjoy it, I'm kind of proud! I also enjoy learning about what I can forage. So, I tried acorn bread ... it is like corn bread but substituting acorn flour for con flour. Eggs courtesy of my lovely hens! The picture doesn't look as good as a picture you might find on a recipe sit, but the results taste great with little butter and honey! I added the recipe right onto the picture, enjoy!
