Adding eggs after first day..?

So i was having this broody hen...i gave her today some eggs...i want to add in some more eggs tomorrow, is it fine to add eggs 2nd day of incubation (within 24 hrs) will it mess the hatch..??

You may have some chickens hatch earlier and later than others like by a few days

Uh within 3 days of the first chick hatching she will leave with the babies. So the sooner you add eggs the better. My broody last year left on day 2 with her chicks.

As Alley says, the broody usually leaves the nest within 48 hours of first hatch. So, I'd not set any eggs after the first 24 hours. Also, if you don't have your broody separated from the rest of the flock, mark all of her eggs so that IF any hens add extra eggs at a later date, you will know which are the late comers and remove them.
