Welcome to BYC!
Quarenteen and Integration are different.
Quarenteen involves housing them in a seperate area for 2 to 4 weeks while you watch for signs of illness. You'll need to be careful with transferring illness via shoes also. I'd tend to the original flock first.
A bird may seem healthy, but due to stress may show an underlying ailment after moving.
The original flock may also be carriers of an illness without you knowing it. The stress of getting new housemates may cause symptoms to crop up.
Look for mites, lice, bubbles in the eyes, runny nose, sneezing, coughing, and unusual breath sounds.
The look don't touch method is for Integration only, not quarenteen.
Quite honestly, I would not bring any adult birds into my flock. Not just because of health issues, but because it is stressful.
Good luck to you and your girls!
