She appears to be in good feather in condition. I believe that she will lay in the spring.

There’s no way she has a secret stash of eggs somewhere or eating them? Or she’s on an every other day cycle along with another hen..so they like take turns laying eggs haha

Here are the best photos I could get. We are feeding them Purina layer pellets suppimented with mealworms and scratch.

Maybe she eats too much scratch and she isn't getting s balanced diet.
I'd stop offering the treats to all.

i have a very similar situation with one of my girls. I’m glad this thread is posted. Mine are 8 months old and there is one that isnt laying yet either.

They are.kept in a enclosed run and has never visited the nestbox.

I have one as well, also a barred rock. Mine is 8 months old. She is the bottom girl in the pecking order too, so maybe that is part of it. Even my cockerel ignores her. She is very skittish, and runs away any time I am around.

What's your protein %. I feed mealworms every day. 55% protein. Eggs are mostly protein. So protein in protein out. Do you have a critter cam? She might be hiding eggs. Have you checked her vent. You can also inspect her to see if there is a egg in there.

Are you watching the nest box ALL DAY? Unless you’re out there nonstop, she could be in there when you’re not looking.
