Advice on Clipping Duck Wings?

I'm getting Cayuga ducks in a few days. It says mostly don't fly however I have seen videos and blogs about some taking flight. Is it recommended to clip their wings?

The only time I’ve clipped their wings is the male when he was pestering the girls too much. Then he couldn’t flutter to catch up with them. But no they definitely can’t fly like the wild ducks. They can get off the ground but not much more.

My boy started flying over my 2 foot chicken wire fence to get to the chickens. I had to clip both wings. He hasn't gotten out since.

I've have a couple of rouge fliers I've had to do that to.
