The egg yolk has vitamin D in it. In fact if you took a boiled egg, shell and all, and ran it in the food processer, that would deliver all of the calcium and vitamin D she needs. But the tablets are easier, and can be swallowed or crushed into food.

That would work:)

Thank you both so much!
I'm hoping she's a little perkier tomorrow but this info is great for any future conundrums! I will try and feed her a boiled egg tomorrow - shell and all (she wasn't really eating today)

So she still isn't great today but this morning I fed her some egg, egg shell and oregano mixed with coconut oil. She also had calcium tablets in a bit of cheese. Drank water with ACV in.

She pooped on me - smellier than usual and dark but with the white urates in too.

Should I leave it another day to see if she perks up or take her to the vets?
Sometimes I feel like I rush them to the vets too soon but I worry that if I don't, they're suffering

In case you may want to get her on some antibiotic to help prevent infection, that probably has to come from a vet in the UK. That is probably up to you, and I am sure that would be expensive. I usually do not take my chickens to a vet.
