Wow!! That's very cool - my mare is due any day... She will be having my stallions first foal, so I know how hard waiting is. I go out and talk to the baby, telling him it's time to come out and see the world! I'm hoping he will be a he, with my mares champagne color (QH) but I'm betting it'll be a solid bay filly

. We'll all have to post pics when the babies come! You are very lucky to be getting a fresian. That's a dream a lot of people have, I'm glad it came true for you!!

all the mares were bred on the same day at the farm to the same stallion, all had the same confirmed conception date. ALL THE MARE HAVE HAD THEIR FOALS EXCEPT MINE!

This is so unfair. She's holding it in on purpose. She knows its my first horse and I want it and she's trying to keep my grubby hands off her foal. I know its true.

She's not late yet, but she's GIGANTIC, the owner thought for certain she'd be the first to go because she was so much bigger and more developed than the others. And here we are.

Maybe she'd giving birth to an ox...

The farm owner just emailed me to let me know she's FINALLY bagged up today and relaxed in the back and lowered. She's not waxed yet, but she'll likely go tonight anyway!
