Air sac lump? or other problem?

Hello everyone. :)
I have a small breed chicken named "Petunia" that has had a lump for a long time that appears to be in an air sac on the side, below the crop. I did some calculations and the volume is approximately ≈25cm³/≈1.5in³ or a little less. But I'm not sure what really is, although it feels soft.
When I made the first post, the chicken was very healthy, but now I think she has a cold. Breathing has noise, congestion.I think I will take her to a veterinarian, although as I said, it is difficult to find a specialist here (and very expensive) but if you could give me recommendations I would be very grateful.
Or if anyone has had a similar problem, especially regarding the lump, any information would help. While I find a good vet.
Despite everything, his spirits are good as always.

Thank you very much 🙏, I attach photos.

I took my chicken to an exotic animal veterinary clinic through a contact that a friend gave me. She is hospitalized. The hypothesis is crop rupture connected with subcutaneous emphysema. Apparently the lump is accumulating food. Tomorrow they will tell me the diagnosis and also if surgery can be done. It's serious, I just hope she can be better.

I'm so sorry. I hope the vet can help her :hugs

I'm sorry to hear this, I hope she is able to recover.
Please keep us posted.

She was hospitalized for 6 days and recovered from the respiratory problem that fortunately was not related to the lump. She was on antibiotics and stabilized.
Now, the subcutaneous emphysema presents air and possible caudal communication with the crop (it has displacement) based on the x-rays that were taken.
She is on relative discharge at my house now waiting to schedule the surgery.
Blood tests were good.

I hope Petunia finishes everything so I can make a post with the chronology of everything that happened. And thus have an empirical experience with everything explained so that it can help more people.
Greetings!

Thank you for the update.

I hope Petunia makes a full recovery, please do keep us informed on how she's doing.

After her surgery she has been hospitalized since last Wednesday. They removed almost the entire lump, which they concluded was a "parasitic cyst", although they are awaiting the results of the biopsy. I'm trying to get photos.

The problem is that he still has respiratory decompensations and the veterinary clinic team has not yet found a conclusive diagnosis despite the examinations and x-rays. He still has sneezes and noises. Even though until yesterday he had been in good spirits, eating well, defecating normally and with his usual spirit. The worst thing is that they still don't know how to solve this issue and everything has already cost me a lot of money.

*In the photos it is pre-operation and then at the beginning of surgery

Greetings !
