Illinois_Kelly - thank for the info I'm going to pass it along to a friend of ours, she's the rescue coordinator for MidAtlantic Bulldog Rescue.
It's unfortunate that when a breed of dog becomes not as popular or trendy, and after awhile the poor dogs get dumped, or put up for adoption, and they don't care where the dog goes, as long as they don't have to worry about it anymore.

Its almost all over america. I had a pit who died last yr. He has taught so much to my mom and her b/f and my neighbors. I am happy that he educated them about how sweet he was before he left.
Like I said. We are a rescure who takes in dogs about to be put down. Keep them for a while before they are up for adoption. I do hate pupy mills and backyard breeders. I saw a cat on craigs list for $2,000 for sale not adoption.
