Do you think you could take the recipe and make monkey bread out of it? You know, make balls and roll them in cinnamon-sugar, then stack them in the bread pan and bake? Or pat it out into a circle, sprinkle on the cinnamon-sugar, roll up, put in pan and bake?
I'm thinking cheddar cheese and lots of garlic for tomorrow night!!! Maybe brush the loaf with butter when it comes out of the oven. . . .
I bought some bisquick and some beer yesterday. We had the bread with dinner. It was tasty. Can't beat how quick and easy it is. You can't even get frozen bread dough on the table in that short amount of time. Great time saver.

how did i miss this thread! i always keep flour on hand. i have read bisquick has aluminum in it? or something like that that is not good for you! so i keep flour on hand for pancakes, biscuits, rolls, etc.
Hey wendy you got me reading the ingred. on the bisquick box. Sure enough aluminum phosphate. Now I gotta go look that up. Doesn't sound like it could be good for you tho does it. Pioneer brand has it also. Looks like I will be making my own from now on too. Thanks for the info.
Yeah, they say bisquick is really not healthy. I guess any packaged stuff is not. The cardiologist I transcribe for said that no one should eat pre-packaged food or red meat
