Am I a Roo or did I just develop quicker than my sister?

Hi guys, I'm a little scared our sweet little girl, might be a little boy! Supposed to be a barred rock female, 18 weeks old. I keep looking stuff up and then running out to check feather shape, etc, thought I'm just going to ask the experts! Only our second year with chickens and definitely still learning. This is Cotton and then I have a pic next to his/ her sister same age. What do you guys think? Thank you!! You all are awesome I've been reading posts and learning from all of you since we got our first babies!

Pullet. She's getting ready to lay, thus the large red comb and wattles. I see no male specific feathering and that should be present in males of that age.
