I’m not convinced this is a cockerel. I would hang onto this one until at least age 12 to 16 weeks then you will know for sure.

Changed my mind. Cockerel, based on shape and size of comb as well as red in the shoulders. Missed it on first glance!

Update: more pics! I was leaning cockerel again and threw him in the bachelor pad but this morning my 6 month old sebright did a mating dance at it... So either my sebright is a little too horny (this one is only 13 weeks!) or this is a girl. I also found another BLRW that came from the same bin of chicks at TSC, who is a darker blue, added some pics for a comparison. It looks like both have the red shoulders, but I really was thinking boy for the lighter (the one that started this thread) and girl for the darker one (don't care, just here for comparison). I thought I was seeing the start to some saddle feathers but after the Sebright I'm feeling confused.
