Do be honest it doesn't bother me to do it. DH works 70 hrs a week and I don't work outside the home and he still does the dishes at night so he helps out. I just like to clean.

yes, you should come clean my house. There are short sleeved shrts all bumping up against my dresses and long sleeve sweaters..... and my shoes are all in a disarray, and golly the laundry is uncounted! (Feeling anxious enough to hotfoot it over here yet??)

My husband would think he died and went to heaven if I searched and counted out his socks!! He must have a hundred pair. We have a bag called single socks seeking mates in the laundry room. If the laundry gets sorted by anyone and they have unmated socks, they go in the bag. Every couple of weeks or so I sort the bag. Extras then go into the dustrag bin.

The chaos would drive you nuts. Tomorrow's awesome!! I'll even supply the mess!

I have an entire laundry basket filled to the brim with mismatched socks. If the kids have no clean socks in their drawer, they will go to the sock basket and pull out either a) a close match or b) complete mismatches that look charming together (a stripe and an argyle, for instance). If DH has no clean socks, I would guess he just wears dirty ones...I've never asked.

One of these days I'm going to buy everyone 20 new pairs of socks and burn that darned basketful of oddballs. But being NOT neurotic like I am, I'd just end up with another basketful of oddballs and no clean socks.

You must come clean MY house. I am trying to be as organized as you, but can't seem to quite make it. I live closer to you (So. IN) so you should come and organize my basement. I have been working on it since we moved in-10 years ago!

When I went through my "Non-Conformity" stage at 18... I purposefully went out and bought a ton of cute socks... Heart ones and duckies and cute sayings and stripes and polka dots and frogies, in pink, purple, blue, green, yellow, red, and orange... then I matched them all up based on the best opposite if each one. It drove everyone who saw them above my sneakers bannanas!

Thats how you do dis-orginization with CDO
