Lisa do you pinch off early blooms on strawberries? I read that somewhere. Everyone has advice on everything, it’s hard to know what to follow.

Thank you, I will give it a try.Sluggo is a little pellet that you sprinkle in the garden. It's safe to use around children and pets. But just to be on the safe side, I'll not let the chickens in the garden when I'm using it. It's active ingredient is iron phosphate, so it breaks down to be a soil amendment. The slugs eat it, and crawl off to die. Wonderful product. It's also sold in a generic form. Walmart carries it. Be sure that iron phosphate is the ONLY active ingredient.
I didn't which it did say to do that the first year, but to be honest I was just too busy with all the other gardens I just forgot.Lisa do you pinch off early blooms on strawberries? I read that somewhere. Everyone has advice on everything, it’s hard to know what to follow.
Here are the pictures of my bean trellis/tunnel. We will be building a second one this year to grow our cucumbers on.

This is made with T-post & 5 pig pannels. It has saved my bad back, would have had to discontinue planting beans if we hadn't went to this.

I though the wigwam was a really cute idea, kids will love them.I love that! The power company cleared the lines so I have lots of debris to built with. That’s why I’m aiming for the wigwams this year. I need to save my tposts for the fence.
