Yes, I definitely see her tail going down in areas like you mention. Darn I wish it would crow or lay so I know lol!I'm with @aart and @lomine. I see some clear male hackle feathers on this birds neck, and although there aren't any clear saddle feathers, some of his tail feathers are slanting and curving down. All my Ameraucana hens had or have the evenly defined, upward slanting tail feathers, like leghorn hens. Still, you might just have to wait until you hear a crow or see an egg.![]()
