Really!!! He's not??? That's what the guys said at pet store

Ok thanks so pretty much he's a mix?? Sorry new to this. Found him on the side of the road then found out she was a he. Lol just want as a family pet is it a good bird for that?
I have EEs and love them. Many people don't know the difference, and I learned the hard way. He is a mix, but a pretty mix, so for $0 I say you are in good shape

I am new to Ameraucanas and would love a little help. I have 9 14 week old youngsters. Most breeds it is clear to me by this time what genders I have but these guys have me stumped. Any other critiques would also be appreciated. Thank You!

It is very hard to tell with Blacks, especially from pictures. There are no clear shots of the combs in the pics. The best way to tell is to start looking for pointy saddle feathers coming in on their back above the tail area. At fourteen weeks they should start showing up soon. Pick them up and start lifting the feathers of the back and see if any pin feathers are starting up. Then watch them as they develop. Are they pointy (male) or rounded (female).
But based on what I see and what I can't see, I'm saying pic # 5, and the last one look male.

Hi again! Im posting my photo of my "ameraucana" whom someone said is an easter egger and is a rooster!
Hopefully something changed...

He/she is the black/white one

Wasn't somebody tracking chick's tail feathers to sexing? My blues are almost 16 weeks, I can say I have one male and two females. When the two females had tails and the male didn't start getting his tail for almost another week later.
