The only reason someone would do something like this would to be to make blue wheatens from wheatens when there is no birds available to them. This would take many generations to get the color back and I believe this is how the original blue wheatens came about.
Ok. The way they were advertising it is you are getting pure blue, black, splash, blue wheaten and wheaten. They did not tell me what generation they were on. The pics they sent me of chicks you could tell they were not pure colors. I saw parent stock too and they looked okay, if i would of saw the parents pics in the first place I never would have been interested. Looked like hatchery qualitiy birds
