Jean what are the preferences here on the blue wheatons? meaning muff/beard color and more or less ticking/sriping?

as you know I'm new at this

beards and muffs should be turning blue by around 20 weeks. The preference is for them to be blue by the time they are fully mature. Less ticking in the hackles it is not desireable.

Anything I can get for them

most of the time I just give them away so I don't have to feed them anymore.

If they don't want the rooster, I tell them that's fine, the price is still the same. The rooster was free anyway!!!

Oh btw, I do offer the free rooster because I want to encourage pure birds.............
