Apparently the smoke has reached Berlin. That's just unbelievable.I'm between one and two thousand miles from the fires but we still get the smoke. We've had clear skies for most of the last 10 days but with the haze, I've only seen blue sky twice.

I wonder how many coastal towns and cities will be forced to relocate. How expensive will that be? Towns in the Arctic around the world have already moved to higher ground.
