look what i got from June!!! the first is such an awesome little guy- she has some beautiful culls! She needs homes for some of these beautiful guys!

haven't named this guy yet, he rode the whole way home in my lap, 2 hours...by the time i got home he was totally relaxed....


and here is my pair, Ruth and Boaz- he is very protective of her and she hides under him when she is not sure...

all by accident. I got a call to help someone cull their birds. I told them I had no clue on good or bad until they were older. They needed them gone so I said I would take a roo or two and then they wanted me to take more and more and more. I felt guilty but offered to pay. I also told them if I didnt use them I would find homes or give to a 4H kid. Nice thing is they were close enough to get them and visit and look at all their birds. I meet the nicest folks when it comes to chickens. The hens even laid 2 eggs today.

Well, my DD is lying on the couch watching some stupid TWEEN movie and Bumble is cuddled up against her. I guess we are on our way to a spoiled bird. Froggie...I am blaming you. LOL.
